I have a private room with a shared master bath available in a three bedroom two bath home in Rector, Arkansas $400 a month includes all utilities. Nice, newer, clean, quiet home owned by a single, retired GWM. There currently are two residents living here one straight male and one gay male. Could be an ideal situation for a guy on a fixed income or a guy who is trying to get back on his feet who wants a new start in life. Laundry in home and off street parking. Currently a small dog also lives here. NO drugs! Prefer a gay male roommate who also wants a FWB situation. Room is furnished with a queen size bed, triple dresser with mirror, night stand and a large closet. Single occupancy only.
