this loveseat is structurally fine, not too heavy, on wheels and it is from a pet free and tobacco free home. The Nuback leather is torn in many places. however is does come with about 7-8 yds of extra 45 in Nuback fabric. as you can see by the photo it looks decent covered with a throw. you must pick up . I live in the second floor of a condo.
