We are currently seeking Owner-Operators to join our team. At C&S Transportation Solutions, Florida terminal for West Motor Freight. Your success is our success. We offer a transparent partnership with direct communication and 24/7/365 support provided directly by the Terminal Owner, who brings 15 years of industry experience across dry van, reefer, and open deck operations.

We Offer:

Compensation and Revenue:
77% of Gross: With a terminal-provided trailer.
80% of Gross: With your own trailer.
Take-Home Pay: Average of $2,500 per week.

Equipment & Fees:
Trailer: Provided for free (Owner-Operator responsible for maintenance)
ELD: Free Motive ELD hardware ($500 value) provided at no cost
Plates: $50/week for 36 weeks
IFTA: $12/week
Escrow: $1,500 ($100/week for 15 weeks)

Insurance:
Liability & Cargo: Free
Physical Damage: 6.5% of value
Bobtail: $10/week
Occupational Accident: $35/week

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
CDL Class A Driver's License
One year of Tractor Trailer Experience
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
2000 or newer truck
