BCS Carriers is a small, locally-owned OTR firm looking for good drivers who want to find a professional “home.” Here are the different income opportunities for you with our company:

• Mileage Pay - $0.60 cpm*
• Detention, Additional Stop Offs, Lay Overs – up to $250/day
• Downtime – up to $200/day
• Vacation Pay – 10 days @ $200/day**
• Holiday Pay – 10 days @ $100/day
• Routine Performance Bonus Pay – up to an additional $250/week
• Monthly Fuel Performance Bonus Pay – up to an additional $300/month
• Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus Pay – up to an additional $3000/year
• Detention Pay - $15/hour***
• Cell Phone Supplement - $50/month

Are you tired of dealing with difficult people? Join the team at BCS. The grind of OTR driving is hard enough, there’s no need to put up with a difficult working situation. A lot of companies appear to make promises they don’t always keep. When things aren’t easy, it might be because folks aren’t looking out for your best interest.

We use a driver-first approach. At BCS, we plan each day with the mindset of one driver, one truck and one load at a time. It seems like most companies find drivers to cover their required loads. We do it differently. Instead of having a load to haul and finding an available driver, we find loads each day for each driver to get them as many miles as possible while still accommodating the driver’s personal needs and following HOS rules.

Here are the ways BCS tries to make OTR driving easier:

• We pay a guaranteed minimum of $1000/week. Sometimes unexpected things happen that are beyond your control. We believe you shouldn’t be penalized for those instances.
• We purchase new Volvo equipment specked for driver comfort. Our models have APUs, refrigerators, upgraded seat, trim and controls, plus other extras. The oldest model on our fleet is a 2021.
• No jump seating. We want you to think of your truck as your own equipment. Treat it and take care of it like it’s yours.
• We route drivers through our Memphis terminal every weekend to guarantee 48 hours home time weekly. And drivers are frequently routed through Memphis once a week to give them additional home time.
• Dispatch and driver manager are the same person, so there’s no disconnect between dispatch and management. This allows for clear communication between you and the manager, which makes it easier to handle requests for time off and discuss all other driver-related matters.
• We pay for all practical miles driven, whether loaded or empty. We also will pay for off route mileage to get you home for the weekend.
• We pay every Friday via direct deposit showing a complete record of mileage and additional pay.
