We are a small, family-oriented carrier based in Roselle,IL We treat our drivers like family, not truck numbers. We are currently looking for an experienced CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver to run lanes between the Midwest and the South.

💰 Pay
$0.65 - $0.72 CPM (depending on experience).
Average $2,000 - $2,800+ weekly gross.
Paid Weekly
No-Touch Freight
Bonus Programs: Clean Inspection Bonus.
Detention/Layover Pay.
🛣️ Route & Home Time
Running Area: Midwest (IL, IN, OH, WI, MN) to South/Southeast (GA, TN, TX, AR,FL)
Home Time: Consistent scheduling—typically out 2-3 weeks, or run through weekends depending on location.
Steady Miles: 2,500 - 3,000+ miles per week.
🚛 Equipment
Never Trucks Volvo
Reefer Units: Well-maintained 53’ trailers.
Take Truck Home (at dispatcher approval).
📋 Requirements
Valid CDL-Class A License.
2+ Years OTR experience preferred.
Reefer experience required.
Clean MVR and PSP report.
No drug/alcohol violations in the last 5 years.
