Job Summary:
We are an expanding transport company launching new customer freight lanes and looking for experienced, motivated Class A CDL Owner Operators. This is a 100% local/regional intermodal position where you will be home every single day, operating within a 0 to 300-mile radius.
We are spinning up these new customer accounts and intermodal volume naturally fluctuates, we need drivers who possess excellent patience, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. If you are a self-starter who knows how to navigate the rails and container yards efficiently. We provide the support tools you need to get rolling immediately and keep your business moving forward.

Schedule & Operations
• Late Starts: Most shifts feature a midday/afternoon start.
• Typical Loading Windows: Primary dispatch and yard/rail loading times generally run between 12:00 PM and later.
• Consistency: While we have new customer freight rolling, volume can still be up and down. A patient, adaptable mindset is a must as we optimize these new lanes and scale operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Must own/lease a reliable semi-tractor (Owner Operator).
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable Class A CDL driving experience, specifically in intermodal/container hauling.
• Clearinghouse Policy: Must have a completely clean FMCSA Clearinghouse record. No SAP drivers—we require a fully clear history with no active or completed substance abuse program requirements.
• Tech-Savvy: Must be comfortable and familiar with using smartphone apps for rail system updates, entering container yards, and managing gate tickets.
• Clean Driving Record: Valid Class A CDL, medical card, and a solid safety history.
• Professional Focus: We are seeking a mature, independent professional who is focused strictly on managing their own truck, maximizing their personal revenue, and driving their own success rather than worrying about outside distractions or other drivers' business.
• The Right Attitude: Patience is critical. We are looking for professional partners who can roll with the punches of container yard wait times and new lane adjustments, while still keeping their eyes on the payout.
