LEASE Position Overview

- Compensation Split: 80%/20% for solo, 82%/18% for teams
- Fleet: Modern 2022-2024 Freightliners, Volvos, Peterbilts, fully loaded
- Cargo: Dry van
- Flexibility: No forced dispatch, no touch freight, no drop and hooks

Requirements
- Clean driving records
- Covers all 48 states
- Minimum 6 months OTR or Owner-Operator experience
- Strong work ethic, winter driving in Western/NW regions is a plus
- Minimum 2 weeks on the road
Home Time
- Enjoy 2-3 days at home for every 2 weeks on the road
