Apartment Community is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in keeping our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartments, and common areas
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Assist with unit turns (make-ready apartments for new residents)
Ensure grounds, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with residents and staff
Requirements:
Previous experience in apartment/community maintenance or related field preferred
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
Knowledge of roofing and welding preferred.
HVAC Certification strongly preferred but not required
Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to handle physical demands (lifting, standing, climbing, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual a Plus but not required
