Like new BOSU NEXGEN HOME Balance Trainer in blue. I'm locked into a gym membership now, so I use the ones there and have no more use for this one. There are an insane number of exercises that you can do with this thing in a very small amount of space for strength, balance, anti-aging, cardio, CNS, body shaping, yoga, Pilates, injury recovery, etc.:
