Fresco Flavors is a rapidly growing producer of USDA Organic freeze-dried herbs and specialty food products. Our products are grown, processed, and packaged within our own vertically integrated supply chain, allowing us to deliver exceptional quality, consistency, and value to chefs, foodservice operators, retailers, and consumers.
We are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and entrepreneurial E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to build and lead our online sales channels as we expand throughout the United States.
This is not simply a website management position. We are looking for someone who can help create and execute our digital growth strategy, establish our presence across multiple online marketplaces, and build a scalable e-commerce operation that can grow into a major revenue channel for the company.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage our overall e-commerce strategy
Launch and manage sales channels including:
Amazon
Walmart Marketplace
Etsy
Shopify
Faire
Additional specialty and foodservice marketplaces
Identify and onboard new online sales opportunities
Manage product listings, content, keywords, and SEO
Coordinate product photography, videos, and digital assets
Manage online advertising campaigns
Develop and execute social media strategies
Build and manage email marketing campaigns
Monitor analytics, sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
Coordinate inventory synchronization across multiple channels
Assist in establishing and managing a small fulfillment operation
Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams to support growth initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of successful e-commerce experience
Demonstrated success growing online sales
Experience with Amazon Seller Central required
Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, Etsy, or similar platforms preferred
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing
Experience with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and social advertising
Strong understanding of online customer acquisition
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects

Food and beverage industry experience
Consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience
Marketplace management experience
Fulfillment and logistics experience
Graphic design or content creation experience
Email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Experience scaling brands from startup to significant revenue
