Gates Lumber is a family-owned building materials supplier serving our community for over 100 years. We represent premium brands including Kolbe, JELD-WEN, and Ply Gem, offering a full-service showroom experience for builders, architects, remodelers, and homeowners.
We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage accounts within the construction and building community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow new and existing trade accounts
Convert prospects into repeat customers
Execute sales strategies within assigned territory
Build relationships with key decision makers
Promote Gates products and value-added services
Attend trade events as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years outside sales experience (building materials preferred)
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and estimating software
