I can arrange for delivery but please understand that the delivery is separate and between the buyer and the delivery driver. Camper is sold as is where is.
Approx. 4972 lbs. dry weight. Very much half ton towable.

I have been working on campers for over 20 years now and I have been over this one completely. It is ready to use. I take care to put out quality campers in working order and I sleep good knowing this.
You won't have the worry that most used camper buyers have about bringing it to a shop to have everything checked out because it's been sitting in a field for years. I feel like this is a HUGE bonus that could save you lots of $$$
The A/C will freeze you out.
Furnace checked out great.
The fridge is electric only. The gas side did not work.
Water heater has DSI so you just have to turn on a switch on the inside and it lights itself.
Microwave.
This camper is clean and very livable but it is not a brand new camper so expect the average wear.
Tires are brand new. Put them on myself and they only have 250 miles on them.
The battery is fairly new.
Has a metal roof which is why it is still so solid in my opinion.
Has normal wear inside and out but is very clean.
I try my hardest to be straight up about what I sell but I am human and may miss or forget minor things but I truly feel like this camper has plenty left to give and will make a nice and affordable RV.
These are the things I found on it that weren't perfect.....
}Normal scratches and dings for the year.
}The carpet has some stains as one would expect for a camper of this age, but it will cover nicely with a throw rug I just like to be straight up.
} The fridge only works on electric. I think the gas side will be an easy fix and I am going to look at it and hope to fix it but I forgot so it is being sold assuming it's electric only.
} It is being sold with a Bill of Sale only. I got it from an auction I trust and they said the seller lost it and just didn't want to deal with it so I feel sure that you can get a bonded title if it really means that much to you.
