1. Handyman and trade skills, cleaning skills.
2. Advertising for tenants, screening, onboarding
3. Experience in rooming house management
4. Has a laptop and vehicle
5. Has some computer skills
More Details:
Looking for person confident in managing rooming houses, experience in the co-living space, able to post adds, find, screen, and install new rooming tenants, keep order, clean common areas, grounds maintenance, help in various other homes at times. Able to perform basic maintenance skills an asset. Experience in other co-living spaces, and own your own vehicle, an asset.
Position is part-time, room in exchange for services.
