You'll have access to laundry facilities and share a hall bathroom, which is only shared when a second renter is present (currently there is none). Additional storage is available in the attic, attached garage, and backyard shed. Kitchen use is included with dedicated pantry shelf space, plus access to a spare refrigerator and stand-up deep freezer in the garage.
The home is kept clean. I am looking for a respectful, clean person. Non-smokers are preferred, but if you do smoke, you may use the back patio or front porch chairs. I am the sole occupant besides a small, friendly, non-aggressive 6lb dog.
The room is available for immediate move-in on a month-to-month basis. Rent can be prorated for the upcoming month. I am seeking a single person, not a couple. Please be clean, respectful, honest, and able to pass a background check with no criminal history. I am home most of the time.
