We have an immediate opening for a strong, professional and polished Administrative Assistant

Supporting the Executive Director of Operations in performing office administrative duties for an established organization.

· Typing correspondence and reports, coordinating meetings

· Must have QuickBooks Accounting experience

· Performing administrative duties and special projects as assigned

· Handling Confidential personal and corporate files

· Handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

· Expense reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

. Payroll Support

· Administrative/Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience in construction industry is a plus

· Knowledge of general accounting principles

· Ability to handle personal information with complete confidentiality

· PC skills, proficiency with Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Internet Explorer
