OFFICE DUTIES:
• Greet employees, clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, emailing, faxing, and taking notes.
• Light data entry and organization of work orders and onsite photos.
• Answering phones and returning voicemails in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Keeping accurate records of calls and routing the correct info to staff
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties, assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
• Maintain clean office and conference areas
• Sorting and distributing work orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.

OFFICE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field encouraged.
• Basic knowledge of pools and their flow systems encouraged
• Prior experience as an office manager or assistant.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
• Consistent, professional dress and manner.
• ***Strong phone skills***
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
