Position summary
This role supports daily branch warehouse operations and customer deliveries. You will handle inbound and outbound shipments, move inventory with a forklift, package and cut materials to order specifications, and help ensure customers receive accurate, on-time service.What you’ll do
- Process outbound shipments and receive inbound shipments.
- Log orders, review daily reports, and resolve discrepancies.
- Use a forklift to put away inventory and pull materials for customer orders.
- Package materials for orders and replenish packaging supplies.
- Cut materials to size using shop equipment, including a saw and drill press.
- Deliver products to customers.
- Use warehouse tools and equipment such as barcode scanners, tape measures, calipers, and related shop tools.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn to operate a saw and drill press.
- Ability to work accurately and safely in a warehouse environment.
