Process Server Needed – Memphis Area | Flexible & Part-Time
Nashville-based process serving company looking for a reliable independent contractor to handle serves in the Memphis area.
What you'll do:
Serve legal documents (summons, subpoenas, complaints, etc.)
Attempt service at residential and commercial addresses
Submit proof of service and notes through our online platform
What we're looking for:
Dependable, discreet, and professional
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Familiar with Memphis streets/neighborhoods a plus
Process serving experience preferred but will train the right person
Pay: Per-serve basis | Competitive rates
