Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community – Memphis, TN
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to assist with general maintenance at our apartment community in Memphis, TN.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with experience in general contracting, apartment maintenance, or property repair work. The role may grow into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Compensation
• $25 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• All job materials supplied
Responsibilities
• General property maintenance
• Unit turn and repair work
• Basic repairs and upkeep as needed throughout the property
• Other routine maintenance tasks associated with apartment operations
Qualifications
• Experience with general contracting, maintenance, or similar repair work
• Must have your own tools
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing a variety of maintenance-related tasks
