We manage and renovate residential and commercial properties throughout the Memphis area and are looking for a dependable, experienced individual who takes pride in quality work.
Duties include:
Interior and exterior painting
Trim work, doors, and minor framing
Basic carpentry and renovation tasks
Turnover work between tenants
Requirements:
Experience in painting and light to medium carpentry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and tools
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Flexible scheduling
