Your responsibilities:
- Scan guests at the entrance and maintain a safe environment
- Take tickets from guests in admission area
- Assist guests in following procedures while waiting in lines
- Make sure everyone follows safety rules
- Perform customer service tasks and maintain clean area in retail stores
- Remove trash and debris around the facility to maintain positive guest experience
Who you are:
- You are on time and reliable
- You pride yourself on getting the work done
- You have previous experience in Customer Service, Retail Sales, Event Security, or Guest Coordination
- You are interested in working within a sports complex or with a major league sports team
