This role involves managing a team of technicians, coordinating work orders, products, equipment and all needed supplies to ensure a smooth and successful service.
-Team Management: background in supervising, leading, providing training and assigning roles for the team members.
-Skills: great communication & interpersonal skills, leadership and team management, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of equipment and systems.
-Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to the office. Company van will be used to get to and from job sites.
-Pay will be negotiated based on experience.
