🔧 Responsibilities

Complete make-readies and turn units efficiently

Perform HVAC repairs & preventative maintenance (EPA/HVAC certification required)

Handle plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, fixture replacements, etc.)

Complete basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, breakers)

Respond to work orders promptly and professionally

Assist with emergency/on-call rotation

Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed

✔️ Requirements

HVAC certification REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

Experience with apartment turns/make-readies

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to start immediately
