Triad Inc. America is currently searching for General Construction Laborers for a Commercial Solar Construction site in Memphis, TN. We are in search of applicants who currently live local to that area as per diem will not be offered at this time. Must have reliable transportation.
We are in search of people who have construction laborer experience. Solar construction experience is not required but is a plus. Experience with general labor and working outside is mandatory so you must be willing and able to perform physical labor. We have professionals on site to teach you how to perform certain tasks required.
Requirements:
-You MUST have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work and each site daily.
-MUST be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
-Solar experience preferred but not mandatory
-Must have construction experience or similar type field of work. (Outdoor physical labor)
-Must be physically able to do physical labor.
-Looking for someone who is very reliable. Shows up to work on time. Willing and able to work outdoors in the elements doing physical labor.
-Must have steel toe boots- this is mandatory
-Hours are typically 7am-5pm, maybe later. Mon-Sat
-Anything over 40 hours will be overtime pay. (hours may fluctuate)
-Pay starts at $25.12/Hr
