Here at Wade's Heating, Cooling and Electrical Carrier and Bryant & York "Scratch and Dent equipment" 208/230V 3 phase and 460v 3ph Equipment from 3 Ton up to 25 Ton. This includes Commercial Grade ALL Electric/ A/C only package units, Gas Package units and commercial grade split systems. What this just mean's is we sell Brand New never used equipment that may have received some cosmetic damaged during shipping or in the factory warehouse. Our repair technician's test each piece of equipment making sure it's fully functioning and at 100% working order. Each piece is still covered under Carrier's full factory warranty. This allow's us to sell the brand new equipment at a rate cheaper than most dealer's can buy new equipment for saving you hundred's. NOTE: All payments are Cash/Card on Demand. When paying with credit/debit card upon pick-up, the card holder must be present for purchase. Checks will NOT be accepted.
