Our nonprofit organization will host a medical seminar on THURSDAY, April 16, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Memphis, TN.
We need an event assistant who can assist the event producer.
The experienced EVENT ASSISTANT will:
- Assist the event producer in the event setup
- Pick up print items at the nearby print shop
- Assist guest check-in
- Ensure catering is set by schedule
- Assist event producer with other light tasks as needed
You must have at least three years of experience as an event assistant or higher, data entry experience, and Zoom experience. Have own laptop. You must also be poised and personable and able to think quickly on your feet.
