A friend and I will be fixing the couple of small mechanical issues tomorrow then starting on the cosmetic ones after that. Materials are already on hand to fix EVERYTHING and would be included in sale price. Fair warning, sale price will be steadily rising as we take care of these things ourselves. So if you're the DIY type jump on this ASAP before the price gets closer to the book value ($5k+).
Mechanical issues: Leak in rear main seal, blower fan for AC needs one part replaced and a freon charge, and one tire needs plugging. Cosmetic issues: only one chrome running board installed so far, radio taken out of dash (might get an upgrade, there are a few radios in the truck that would be included), and then the 3rd row seat and support springs for the back door need to be installed.
Again, all the required materials are included, but as I complete the things myself I will be raising the asking price significantly.
