Love food, people, and keeping things running smoothly? Fooda is hiring a part-time Event Coordinator in Memphis to help bring daily lunch programs to life at corporate offices across the city.
Fooda partners with local restaurants to serve fresh, rotating lunches inside companies every day. You're the person on the ground making sure everything runs right — setup, service quality, problem-solving, and keeping customers happy.
What you'll do:
Show up onsite, set up and break down events, audit restaurant setups, handle real-time issues (late deliveries, incorrect orders, etc.), and deliver a great customer experience. Monday–Friday, two shift options: 8AM–1:30PM or 2PM–8PM. Weekend shifts available too!
You're a fit if you:
Have a hospitality, catering, or events background
Are high energy, friendly, and genuinely enjoy customer interaction
Stay calm and resourceful when things don't go as planned
Are organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed
Know Memphis well and have your own car
Want steady part-time hours (20–25/week) during business hours
