The house has 1330 sq. feet. 1 1/2 bathes, 2 full-size beds, 3 twin beds, Queen sleeper sofa. washer-dryer, coffee pot, linens, kitchen is equipped with cookware, untensils, dishes, there is also a charcol grill and a gas grill (Guest must bring their own gas tank). There a two tv's dish network, no phone one dvd player.
The address is 135 Santa Barbara Dr., Scottsboro, AL. 35769. I am conviently located between Scottsboro and Guntersville. I am not located on the water, the closest boat ramp is three miles, then Goosepond Colony is approx. 6 miles. There is water acess.
Directions are from Scottsboro on 79 S go until 4 lane ends, and becomes 2 lane. Come to Marshall County line go 1/2 mile, turn left onto Holiday Shores Rd. Take 1st left onto Santa Barbara Dr. go to curve in street. House is on the left.
