Hi, We are seeking a little help!
We are a Christian family that's going thru a tough time right now due to the loss of my long time Job. During the last year, this has caused us to loose
our home, property and business. We have 4 boys in school, my wife has now got a job trying to help out and I now have taken a supervisors job at Wal-Mart, we are seeking and desiring the opportunity to start all over again with the help of a someone that's willing to Lease Purchase or handle the finiancing of a Home for us, We will have a negative Credit score now that's been created by the Bank having to reposses our up scale home that we built and have been living in for the last 10 yrs. The bank has ordered us out by the end of this month (April) and we have no where to go at the present.
We should be able to afford up to around $1000. per month with now problem, so if anyone out there has a home that you want to sell and are willing to do the finiancing or will Lease Purchase it to us, we sure do need to hear from you as soon as possible. (our previous Note was a little over $ 2,000. per month and we just could't afford that much any longer) We tired to sell it for over a year now to no avail).
If you have a home (or if you know anyone that does) and are willing to Lease Purchase or sale and handle the finiancing for us, we are greatly interested in talking to you as soon as possible.
We would like to stay in the fayette county or east Shelby or south Tipton County if possible, but we are becoming desperate and we can't afford to be be too picky, therefore we will consider any other area's in the Memphis general area's that you may have or know about.
