Long term Contract
PL/SQL contractor will be responsible for developing reports and various stored procedures for the project. Besides the technical expertise of a Programmer, the individual is expected to be involved in portions of the analysis phase of the Application Development Cycle.
Requirements:
- Able to develop applications with little or no supervision using the following technologies: PL/SQL
- 2+ years of project experience using PL/SQL
- 2+ years of system development or production support experience
Experience with multi-terabyte data warehouse systems and in performance tuning PL/SQL
- Knowledgeable of system test methodologies
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Must work effectively with others and possess good communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively to meet customer needs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Need Great Communications Skills!!!!

Responsibilities:
- Reviews and analyzes user requirements to develop detailed functional specifications
- Performs system gap analysis to assist in the development of technical specifications.
- Creates detailed use case and test case materials for quality assurance
- Must effectively communicate with customers, business teams, and technical teams to develop organized and detailed specifications.
- Supports the Total Performance Management initiative.
- Must have previous and recent BSA experience working on IT specific projects.
- Must have hands on experience in Visio, MS-Project, and MS-Office tools (Gantt charting a plus)
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst required
- Thorough knowledge of multi-line claims management processes and claims management system requirements
- Stable career history with progressive growth; 5+ years tenure with a middle to large IT organization
- Strong business/systems analysis background with roles served specifically in IT; must have led multiple requirements initiatives for projects at one time
- Must be able to work with aggressive timelines and challenging customers
- Ability to create use case and test case materials for IT project
- Experience with JAD facilitation and documentation a plus
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Analytical and interpretive skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills essential
- Must have excellent written communication skills (this should be evident in resume submittal)
- Strong attention detail essential
SharePoint (MOSS) development experience a plus.
K2 BlackPearl workflow development experience a plus.
Safari and Firefox browser compatibility experience on the MacIntosh platform a plus.
SQL Server 2008 integration services and data warehousing experience a plus.
Team Foundation Server experience a plus.
Sr. Software Developer I - MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
If Bachelor’s degree, four (4) years of experience in systems development required.
If Master’s degree, two (2) years of experience in systems development required.
Sr. Software Developer II - MINIMUM
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
If Bachelor's degree, six (6) years of experience in systems development required.

The Job:
PM will work on-site with a company in a supervisory capacity to implement/install software (“Go-Live”). Will plan, coordinate and direct the work of the project consultants in a variety of functional areas. Position requires strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction and issue identification and reporting/resolving. PM will represent our client company and must provide excellent customer service under complex and demanding circumstances.
Compensation:
These are contract positions. Salary is hourly (not per installation) and depends on level of experience. Average work week is Mon-Fri, 40-45 hours. Employees will be reimbursed for all travel, accommodation and food expenses. Candidates must have or obtain a major credit card to front expenses as well as a passport.

* Must have prior experience doing QA Testing of their own code as programming
goes along
* Must be able to work independently on certain projects, but also work as
part of a overall team
Preferred Skills:
