I am very responsible and am good at keeping common areas clean. I do have a dog. His name is Mojo and he's a small boston terrier. He is VERY well behaved and actually quite lazy. He doesn't chew on anything except his bone - which you will find him doing half the time while the other half he is sound asleep snoring.

I am a smoker, but a polite one. I do NOT smoke inside anywhere, including restaurants. I never litter my butts either. I am not a big partier that's mainly because I work all the time. However, I do like to have fun.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful of my things and easy to live with. (male or female) I love hardwood floors, by the way. Carpet kinda creeps me out.

I prefer that the monthly rental amount include utilities. Therefore, if the space is nice, I will consider a higher rent. Separate bath is preferable, but can share. I am neat and orderly. I do not cook (other than microwaving stuff). I am gregarious, but not intrusive. Several times per month, I keep late hours.

I have specified midtown, as it is convenient to my work. I would also consider Whitehaven and South Memphis locations.
