FEMALE ONLY! Share a 3500+ sq foot home with me and a roommate in a 4bd/ 3 1/2 bath house. A newly constructed downstairs bedroom,14x14, will have a private shower ,sink with cabinet, medicine cabinet, and toilet. Construction will be completed and ready for move in on Aug 1.This room will rent for 450.00. If you like, you are more than welcomed to change the door knob so that you will have a key locked door.
There is a smaller bedroom, 11x5,is upstairs and will be rented for 325.00. It will be ready for move in Aug 1. The room is a dark blue,with my approval you can paint the room to a color of your liking. This room has a key lock door.
I do require first month’s rent and a deposit of 320.00 or 450.00 prior to moving in.
(If you are truly interested and would like to make a payment arrangements for your deposit, submit to me a written request, I will consider a payment plan) If there is no damages upon moving out, and you have given a 30 day notice your deposit will be refunded with in 10 days of vacating the premises.
I am also willing to accept 250.00 as a holding fee, should you not move in the holding fee will not be refunded. If you do move in the 250.00 will be applied towards your deposit.
I also require 3 professional and 3 personal references, and a background check, with an application fee of 25.00. If everything check out, the 25.00 will be applied towards your holding and/or deposit. If not, the 25.00 application will not be refunded.
Rent will be due on the 5th (allowing time for the utility bill) and late on the 10th. In which a 25.00 late fee will occur. I will waive the late fee one time when circumstances beyond your control happen. The request will have to be in writing and submitted to me prior to the 10th of the month.
Rent includes cable, high speed internet, washer and dryer, stair stepper, recumbent ski bike, telephone service with free local and domestic long distance calling. The kitchen has been retiled last week. You have full use of the kitchen, the separate dining room, medium size "sitting room" den, large game room, and screened in deck. My home has hard wood flooring throughout the house. The game room has a cobblestone floor.
My roommate is a professional, quiet respectful, graduate student. We both are extremely easy to get along. I have a great sense of humor, not a busy body, will not snoop through your things. I am a very friendly person. I am a marketing director my job requires that I commute between TN. and IL. I am not home more than 2 weeks out of a month.
Ideally the roommate I am looking for would be respectful of others and their property,drug free, and smoke free in the house ( I have no problem with smoking on the deck under the carport, and/or anywhere outside,as long as the butts and ashes thrown away and not left or thrown on the floor of the deck .)
You must have a viable income, not a party animal and CLEAN! We are not clean freaks but we want someone that will clean up after themselves.
