I am fine with alcohol in the house as long as there are no drunken parties in the home, I am a social drinker myself so you should also be ok with alcohol in the home. I "prefer" a single parent male or female with one child. I do not want to support anyone so you must have a decent money producing job and be able to pay rent on time.

600.00 would pay for rent, half of the utilities and half the cable bill. You of course have access to the whole house.(which does have washer and dryer)

It is a very large house four bedrooms and two and a half baths and you are welcome to come and go as you please and use the kitchen and the whole house as you please. $500 covers everything! The whole house is just roommates that work all different hours. None of us party some go to college in the area but all of us respect each other and are VERY easygoing.
