We each have our own bedroom and bathroom - the 3rd room has been turned into a office.

- Fenced in backyard with a patio and deck, outdoor furniture, and grill

- Downtown 20 minutes
- Wolfchase less than 15 minutes
- Target & Grocery store within 5-10 minutes
About me:
- I'm a professional, early 30's female
- Been living in Memphis for 6 years
- I have no pets but dogs are welcome.
What I'm looking for in a roommate:
- Clean & courteous
- Ideally a young professional
- Respectful of the common areas/furniture in the house and will keep them clean
The house is fully furnished in all rooms except yours, so all you would need to furnish is your own bedroom. There is room for living room furniture in my front room.
The rent is $550/month. All utilities are included! (MLGW, cable, & wireless internet). The lease will be a month to month with a $550 deposit.
