I have a room available for rent on Nov. 1st. in my 5br. 2ba home. Directv and high speed internet/wireless are included at no charge.You get all the benefits of living in a house with an inground pool, patio/bar, well maintained yard, without all the headaches that come with taking care of it. There will be three of us total. the potential roommate will share a bathroom with one person.

I would prefer a more long term situation but would entertain the possibility of a short term lease. An ideal person would be laid back and CLEAN. I am by no means a clean freak, but dishes in the sink and junk laying around is not my thing.

No family or couple situations. NO PETS.

As for myself, I'm a 30 yr old straight male. I'm currently attending school, just trying to keep my overhead down.

I'M PARTICULAR ABOUT WHO LIVES HERE(nothing unreasonable), WHICH IS WHY THE ROOM IS NOW EMPTY. I'M LOOSING MONEY BY THE DAY SO GIVE ME A SHOUT. : )
