I currently live in a highrise on Main Street. Would like to consider finding someone to move into a two bed/two bath in the same building. My lease is up Jan 31st so Feb is when I would be able to move. (but we may be able to start move in before). This would be a new lease, new deposit and such. I have two cats. Non Smoker, non drug user but I do drink socially. Not a whole lot at home. I have my own stuff but you would need your own bedroom furniture and maybe a few pieces. These apart have great river views, attached garage, laundry facility and a huge balcony! Utilities are included in price. $500 is approx. My cable right now is about $106 for internet and cable in one room. deposits are $300, so half would be you. I am open to gender, sexual orientation but will not live with drugs. Out side smoker is ok. I would like someone who is sort of social, but not a party animal.
