Roommate wanted
3 BR 1.5 bath, 1150 sq ft townhome
small, quiet apartment complex
I am the property manager of the complex, and I work out of the apartment in the day. I’m a male and 32 years old. I prefer someone who is male and around my age, but that’s not set in stone. I also prefer someone who has a day job or goes to school, but that’s not set in stone either.
I need someone who will be a good roommate and who will be a good resident, because I am the property manager.
There is no need to sign a lease. You aren’t obligated to stay for any specified amount of time. I just ask $350 dollars per month, up front. I have cable and internet through Comcast, which I will pay for. I also have a washer, dryer and dishwasher. Phone and utilities I take care of. I just ask for the rent.
