I'm a fourth year medical student and my other roommate is a grad student at U of M. The upstairs room is for rent. $500 plus 1/3 of utilities and cable. The room has a large walk in closet and a private half bath. The house has a fully furnished huge living room, full kitchen (dishwasher, dishes, cookware, everything u need), central heat and air, all hardwood floors downstairs, 9 ft ceilings, washer, dryer, backyard, large front porch.
