I have a room available for rent on Nov. 1st. in my 5br. 2ba home. Directv and high speed internet/wireless are included at no charge.You get all the benefits of living in a house with an in-ground pool, patio/bar, well maintained yard, without all the headaches that come with taking care of it. There will be three of us total. the potential roommate will share a bathroom with one person.
I would prefer a more long term situation but would entertain the possibility of a shorter term lease. An ideal person would be laid back and CLEAN. I am by no means a clean freak, but dishes in the sink and junk laying around is not my thing.
No family or couple situations. NO PETS.
As for myself, I'm a 30 yr old straight male. I'm currently attending school, just trying to keep my overhead down.
