As the posting title indicates; I have a condominum and I am looking for a roommate.
I guess the door is open as to weather a man or a woman. Either has worked out will with
previous roommates. I want to keep a good track record going. Short term is prefered but I have broken that rule too.
I have been married had kids not looking to repeat that. There is a cool world out there and I do enjoy exploring. Therefore, I have to have someone i can trust
the cool stuff i have and know it will still be here and not at the pawn shopwhen i return. ( if you have a job,car and life this is probably not a problem)
By the time i was in the 1st grade i learned to share and play well with others. I expect the same.
I am not going into a long list of the obvious. Please have a job, a car and a life.
I am not a tour guide nor have i installed a revolving door on the entrance.
Home should be respected as a place to relax, not a place for the party, wondering in the morining who took your stuff man.
People are great, life is good so i want to know how you can add something positive if we were roommates ? please give name, number too for
consideration. Please put "Interview" in the subject line so i know you read my entire posting. With out this i will not open e-mail !
2brm, utilities included, wifi included, off street parking, parking well lit, room furnished, references,whole condo privileges. no pets, no smoking inside
