I am looking for a room mate to move in immediately. The house is 1 block from major street and busline (15 min frequency)
Rent includes the utilities. If you want cable/phone/internet, it is only $35 more. The room is nice and comfortably fits a queen bed. Has central air and heat, furnished living room with large TV and new furniture. Only one bath room, but there is an attic that was used for office space. There is big front and back fenced yard. The street is extremely quiet and the house is on a corner lot.
You: must be GLBTQ friendly and able to take care of your expenses. I only require a 2 week notice if you decide to move-out. Security deposit is $125, which can be broken into 2 or 3 payments.
