RETAIL/PROPERTY MANAGER
Duties include but are not limited to,
-Rental of storage units to attain store revenue goals
-Manage day-to-day operations of the facility
-Maintain an exceptionally clean facility, including outside maintenance
-Managing the Accounts Receivable process
-Sales of boxes, locks and packing supplies
-Light property maintenance/upkeep
-Must be able to enthusiastically sell U-Store-It products and services to local businesses
-Deliver superior customer service through proper phone selling techniques as well as walk-ins to the facility

Qualifications we are looking for:
