We were contacted via email by a very nice volunteer at the Memphis animal shelter about a dog matching Rascal's description; attatched to the email were photos of the lab, and lo and behold, it was Rascal! He's currently in the process of recieving a nice warm bath, and a trip to the vet; hes so happy to be home ! Thank you so much to everyone who helped find him!
