My husband and I are moving to Memphis early this summer, and I would like to transition right into a family. We are a young couple - in our early 20's - and we are moving to Memphis so that my husband can complete his bachelors degree. I have been working with two different families here in Pennsylvania for the past two years as a nanny/housekeeper/mother's helper. I also have about 8 years of experience caring for children on a babysitting-basis, and approximately 5 years of experience teaching in a preschool sunday school classroom. I love working with children - and although I am sad to leave my families up here - we are looking forward to conquering our new frontier in Memphis.
I would really like to continue to nanny when we move, so if know that you will be in need of a nanny for the summer of 2010 please send me an email. I can also send you a list of skills that I feel confident with, as well as anything else that you would like to know. I would like to try and plan ahead for this, so that we might have time to make a trip down to meet your family before the summer begins.
