We have 4 different roles open – each having unique requirements. Hours vary from week to week – from a general minimum of 5 hours to a maximum of 20. When you apply, please be clear on which role you would like to be considered for:
Interviewer: must have extensive interviewing experience, preferably from a home-office environment.
Converter: must have some sales experience and a true passion for phone work. Outbound sales/cold calling experience is preferred.
Finder/Sourcer: must have good web research skills and proven success at being able to find quality data in a fast timeframe.
Administration: excellent data entry, organization, and scheduling experience.

This position will play a leadership role in developing and implementing the organization’s compensation and benefits programs. Responsible for the design, implementation and administration of the organization’s compensation programs. Research, determine and oversee annual participation in external salary surveys and review competitive salary data to ensure pay equity. Evaluate, refine and improve the organization’s benefit programs and recommend creative solutions to meet staff needs and maximize value of benefits provided.
Other responsibilities include Vendor Selection and Negotiations, Annual Open Enrollment.
Client will entertain professional that come out of Manufacturing, Distribution, Hospitals/Healthcare or Retail Environments. Must have overall Benefits and Compensation experience with high employee population.
Location is a smaller community close to the Memphis Mid South area. Benefits of a medium size community and close enough to a major metro.
1. Bachelors degree required. Masters degree a plus.
2. Benefits experience in an organization of 1000 or more employees is required.
3. Experience with compensation program management.
