I am a 34 year old Father who travels to Memphis from Chattanooga at least once a month to spend time with his children. I am looking for a garage apt. or a carriage house that is affordable but in a good neighborhood. I am responsible and considerate and it would be rare that I would even be around more than 8 Days a month. I am a working professional who is very involved in the community in Chattanooga and could provide a host of references.
More about me: Graduated From Covenant College(Private Christian College in Chattanooga) in 96'. Did social work for 3 years, started window cleaning business that now employs five(mostly Covenant Alumni). Attend Rock Creek Fellowship(PCA) on Lookout Mountain.
