just sold my house BUT have a work commitment through April 2010 and need to find an apartment.
I am a single professional, no kids, no pets. I am gainfully employed and have good credit and excellent payment history.
I am looking for an apt (Furnished or Unfurnished) preferably in the Germantown, Hacks Cross, Collierville or Cordova areas but would consider other areas as long as it's safe.
My house is scheduled to close mid December so I would need it by then through the end of April. I have excellent references and have been told I am a perfect tenant.
